Take part in the process of 0 to 1, new product development. The only UI/UX designer in the APP department, leading the product to have User experience research, UI design and design systems.

• Creating and organizing Variants, with Figma: ****Create a UI system for the commonly used component like tags, buttons, colors, fonts, etc. Creating component with auto layout can easily change the wording in the component, easier component browsing, reduced complexity of instances, preserved overrides, and compatibility with existing work.
• UX Research Process: The UX Research process, includes UX research plans, survey analysis reports, empathy maps, personas, and user testing plans.After confirming the product direction through user research, PM produces specifications and then starts to implement UI/UX interface design. The project adopts an agile development process. The app will be launch in 2023.
